We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Please note: Certain seasonal and personalised items including Christmas crackers, gift tags, and any food items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Christmas treasures. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and product details
  2. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions
  3. Securely package the item with original packaging and proof of purchase
  4. Clearly write the Returns Authorisation Number on the package
  5. Ship to the address we provide

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged item).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, if the new item is of different value, we will process a partial refund or charge for the difference.

Non-returnable items: Christmas crackers, gift tags, and any food items are final sale due to their seasonal or personal nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete
  • Check products upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues
  • Follow care instructions for products to maintain their condition

Spode Xmas Store’s liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care
  • Delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control
  • Minor variations in product colour or design from website images

Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
